Caring for my grandparents and later my father was one of the most emotionally challenging experiences of my life. There were moments of uncertainty, frustration, and exhaustion—but above all, a deep sense of love and responsibility. It opened my eyes to how complex and overwhelming caregiving can be for families—and I knew then that no family should have to go through that journey alone.
That’s why I joined Qualicare —to be the helping hand I once wished I had. Every time I see a family take a deep breath, smile with relief, or share that their loved one feels safe and cared for, I know we’ve made a difference. That moment of peace? It’s everything. That’s when I know we’ve done our job.
My background is in technology—a world of logic, structure, and systems. At first, stepping into home care felt like navigating an entirely new universe. But over time, I began to see how the skills I brought with me—strategic thinking, operational efficiency, and team leadership—could transform the way care is delivered.
My experience in management and recruitment became instrumental in building a team of caregivers who are not only qualified but genuinely compassionate. I also bring an “IT mindset” to the table—always searching for smarter, more personalized solutions for the families we serve. To me, we are not just a care provider—we are problem solvers, advocates, and partners in care.
