After experiencing many challenges trying to care for my grandparents and my own dad, I needed to learn more and make sure this does not happen to my family and any other families. When helping families, and seeing the sigh of relief, a smile on their face when they see their loved one being cared for, it’s pure satisfaction. For me, it is also a relief that I have done my job.
Coming from a technology background was challenging at the beginning but as time goes by, my professional skills in management and recruitment started to play a big role in the hiring of dedicated & compassionate employees. Also, having that IT mindset, I always look for better solution. I always see us as a problem solver for families.

Other than the 360 Approach, Nurse Manage Care, and Caregiver Matching, I believe Qualicare simplifies the business by allowing the client to choose what they need but at the same time willing to listen to our recommendations. Today all agencies have a minimum of 3 to 4 hours, but not us. And most importantly, we have the same caregivers for our clients. We are outcome focused. It’s the continuous leadership and constant innovation that we bring to the industry everyday. 12 Years ago, Qualicare implemented the Nurse Managed care, Caregiver matching and the 360 (Holistic) approach to care, and now, these have become the standard in home care.
