During this evaluation, they’ll consider how they can best support your loved one — and the rest of your family — through the following forms of care: Daily Tasks & Household Management, Specialized Health Care, Family & Care Coordination, and Companionship & Outings.
Your local Care Expert will continue to play an essential role in your loved one’s care, monitoring their physical and emotional well-being and checking in with your family, too. If and when changes arise, they’ll be ready to adapt and coordinate with medical professionals if required, and generally make sure you have everything you need.
