Navin Persaud
Navin Persaud is the owner of Qualicare Home Care Paramus, Ridgewood & Fort Lee. He is dedicated to helping families across northern New Jersey access compassionate, dependable home care that allows their loved ones to remain safe, independent, and comfortable at home. Navin brings more than two decades of experience leading complex operations, building strong community partnerships, and improving service delivery within highly regulated industries, including healthcare and financial services. Earlier in his career he worked in a hospital environment, where he gained firsthand exposure to patient care operations and the importance of compassion, responsiveness, and dignity in serving individuals and families during vulnerable moments. He now brings that same care-focused approach to home care through Qualicare.

Having helped care for both his mother and father, including coordinating home care services, doctor’s appointments, and day-to-day support, he understands firsthand the challenges families face when caring for aging loved ones. That experience reinforced for him just how important compassionate, reliable care is, not only for the person receiving it but for the entire family. His background in leadership roles at organizations including New York Life Insurance Company, the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York strengthened his ability to lead with operational excellence and accountability, and that same discipline now grounds every decision at Qualicare, guided by the company’s core values of respect, collaboration, and quality in every action.
