Our home care services begin when you call our office in Calgary to inquire about care. We’ll start by answering any initial questions and setting an appointment for an in-home assessment. During this assessment meeting, our Care Expert will spend time getting to know your loved one and any family members who are present. We’ll be both answering your questions and asking questions of our own in an effort to get a full understanding of your current situation and what you feel is on the horizon.
As our caregiver begins to visit your loved one, we transition into a proactive phase of care. We’ll be checking in regularly with your family and the caregiver you work with to ensure that everything is going well. The feedback we receive will allow us to anticipate any changes that may be on the horizon. As we see needs shifting, we’ll work with your family to ensure you have the services, support, and assistance you need.
