Waterloo Employee of the Month

Joy from Listowel, ON has been nominated as our October Employee of the Month.

Joy has been working with Qualicare since mid 2017. She is flexible and has been willing to take on additional hours in areas outside of her local travel zone to assist clients in need. She is always flexible when it comes to making last minute changes or adjustments to the shift schedule, especially when they are out of our control.

Joy communicates well with the office staff, always notifying us of changes needed to be made to the clients care plan or schedule. She always leaves a report at the end of her shift that is clear and concise. Joy shows compassion and understanding for clients (and family members) in difficult situations and recognizes the importance of her role in their care. She is patient, reliable, compassionate and has a warm and inviting personality. Joy has been a great asset to the Qualicare team. We cannot imagine our team without her!
