Second, who doesnt love to dance? While dancing is a great form of exercise, it is also an activity that can bring a lot of laughter and joy to the people participating.

And while having a freestyle dance party can be fun, it is never too late to learn a new dance. Therefore, consider adding a new dance to the mix every week or month. From the waltz to the rumba, your loved ones will be tango-ing both at the dance and at home this season!
