Early in our journey with Qualicare, we had the privilege of caring for our Grandpa, and we saw firsthand how difficult it can be for families to manage the care of a loved one. Even before that, I was deeply involved in caring for my late husband, managing nearly every aspect of his care. Through those times, I saw many others facing similar challenges, often alone and confused. I call it an honor because I had the opportunity to spend precious moments with two amazing men during the hardest parts of their lives. Despite the struggles, we still found laughter where we could. Since then, our family has experienced loss, and because of that, we truly understand the struggles that lie beyond those closed doors.

I have taken everything I have learned both before Qualicare and during my time with this incredible company and applied it to how we work with families. I believe that what I learn can help someone, even if I am not the one providing direct care. Whether I am meeting with professionals in therapy, home health, or caregiving, I am constantly educating myself. It is not just about what you know, but who you know, and if I can share resources or knowledge with families to help them, we have done our job.

Our 360° approach to care is not about just pushing services; it is about genuinely caring for families. While we are a business, this is not just a financial venture for us. We would not be doing this if we did not truly care, and Qualicare supports that passion.
When we meet with a family, we always look at the big picture, not just the home care side. We take into account what resources are available and how we can support them beyond just the care assistants showing up. Our Care Assistants are trained to recognize when additional support is needed and when they can go above and beyond. We strive for consistency in care and strong relationships between our team and your family. While we cannot control everything, like a client being hospitalized or a Care Assistant calling out sick, we step in and mediate to ensure everything continues smoothly. It is always a team effort.
