Beth assessed my mother and we worked out a schedule and Qualicare’s Angels lovingly looked after my mother. Our first experience with our Dad’s passing was full of medical mismanagement, confusion and terrible regret and sadness. We were determined our Mom’s passing would be completely the opposite and thanks to Qualicare it was. Qualicare offers a rare balance of extensive medical practice understanding and human compassion that clearly comes from having lived through their own individual experiences similar to those of their clients. “Thank you for making my father’s last three weeks as pleasant as possible while he was in the hospital. You assigned two of the most wonderful PSWs to us, both named Grace. They assisted the nurses in changing him, they washed and shaved my dad daily, fed him, and talked to him when he was awake. Matter of fact, one of the Grace’s who is a trained physiotherapist massaged dad’s legs and exercised him when he was awake. I was so deeply honoured that Grace actually attended my father’s funeral. In three short weeks the whole family grew to love and appreciate these ladies. When we could not be with our father, I knew he was in the best of hands with these ladies, and would like to thank Sheldon and Beth of Qualicare Vaughan for the quality of the care my father received through these two wonderful ladies.”
