The interview was thorough, professional and compassionate, and they offered superior and understanding care to my father while he was in their charge. The care aides were extremely helpful, folding laundry or putting through some laundry during the quiet hours of the night in order to take a load off of family. I found their ‘Family Portal’ exceptionally wonderful, remarkable even. It allowed me to quickly see the next day how the night shifts had gone with my father. Michelle has been extremely responsive to my questions and needs for my father, and I would highly recommend Qualicare of Tri-Cities, and will be using them in the future for other care and companionship needs my father has.”
