Michelle Bailey, co-owner serving the Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta areas. What really sets us apart as a home care provider is our approach to care. We have something called a 360-degree approach, which means we’re looking at all facets of our clients’ lives – the family dynamic, their personality, what their needs are, what their health history is – and we’re making that custom care plan. Everybody deserves to live the life they want to live in their homes, and that’s different for everybody.

Warren Johnstone, co-owner serving the Surrey, Langley, White Rock and Delta communities. One of the most common questions I get is what type of services we provide. I always kind of laugh when I get that question because the list is honestly too long to really go through. The short answer is we can really do anything and everything that people need to stay living in their home safely – everything from light housekeeping and cleaning, meal preparation, to advanced care needs for people who have had a life-changing injury or illness or are palliative.
If you decide to work with Qualicare, what you can expect is a team that’s guided by nurses. Regardless of the level of care we’re providing for our clients, we have nurses on our team that will meet with families who require assistance, do an initial care consultation, assess the living situation, and then work with you to design a care plan that’s unique to you or your loved one.
