Experienced RN working in a busy hospital setting and Hospice and Home Healthcare setting. Over 29 years experienced as a Registered Nurse with exceptional clinical skills and with additional certifications, including CPR and CNA instructor and ACLS certified and Restorative training. Compassion and empathy are my superpowers.

Experience Healthcare Administrator with excellent organizational management skills, problem recognition and solving ability. Multitasking and high-quality results are my best management qualities. My MBA-HCM has prepared me to proficiently manage employees and to competently manage financial aspects of business. I am very strong in recognizing potential and current issues, creating action plans, creating policy and procedures and implementing required changes.
