About St. Joseph’s<\/strong><\/p>\n

Founded in 1921, St. Joe’s was started to provide health care in the west end of Toronto. It began teaching nursing students in the ’50’s and in the past 5 years, underwent a multi-million dollar redevelopment project, introducing their newest wing, the Our Lady of Mercy patient care wing.<\/p>\n

Started and supported by the Sisters of St. Joseph, the health centre is a Catholic teaching hospital that includes family birthing, mental health, and surgery services. They also have a walk-in clinic connected to the hospital, Just for Kids, staffed seven days per week by peadatricians.<\/p>\n
