Conversation & Companionship<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Our emotional care services prevent isolation by providing clients with regular
\nconversation, companionship, and personal interaction. We work carefully to pair
\neach client with a compatible caregiver so that a strong and supportive relationship

Leisure Outings<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Qualicare enriches the emotional life of our clients by coordinating leisure outings
\noutside the home. This can include anything from a walk through the local park, to
\ngrabbing a cone at your favourite ice cream parlour, to paying a visit to family or
\nfriends.<\/p>\n

During leisure outings, our care team can help coordinate transportation and provide
\naccompaniment. In many cases, we will also provide or coordinate any other services
\nthat the client requires to make the outing possible.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Mindful Activities<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Mental stimulation not only represents a key part of emotional care, it\u2019s also
\ncrucial for personal well-being. At Qualicare, we provide clients with a range of
\nmindful activities to keep them mentally stimulated and engaged.<\/p>\n

Many of these activities are designed to accommodate specific conditions, including
\nactivities designed for clients coping with Alzheimer\u2019s and others that encourage
\nrecovery after a brain injury.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Errand Services<\/strong><\/h3>\n

At Qualicare, we know how important small, everyday errands can be to our clients.
\nWhen clients struggle to perform these errands, daily life can lose its sense of
\ncomfort and joy. Favourite foods and toiletries are no longer around the home, and
\nsimple comforts like a freshly dry-cleaned shirt can disappear.<\/p>\n

By performing errands on behalf of our clients, we allow these comforts to continue.
\nWe can make sure your home is always stocked with the items that matter most to you,
\nincluding essential supplies as well as creature comforts.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Appointment Assistance<\/strong><\/h3>\n

When age, illness, or injuries threaten a person\u2019s independence, it\u2019s hard to keep an
\nactive calendar. That can lead to missed appointments with medical professionals,
\nphysical therapists, and other specialists.<\/p>\n

We’ll ensure you get to important appointments, and provide any necessary support.
\nThis can include coordinating transportation, providing physical and mental support,
\nor having a Care Expert attend medical appointments to advocate for your best
\ninterests.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
