I was inspired to become a Qualicare franchise owner because I’ve always been passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives, especially during times when families are navigating care for a loved one. Qualicare’s unique ‘Family Home Care’ approach really resonated with me, because it goes beyond just providing medical or non-medical support — it focuses on the whole family’s well-being.
What I enjoy most is seeing the relief on families’ faces when they realize they don’t have to go through this journey alone. Helping families feel supported, listened to, and cared for is incredibly rewarding. Every day, I get to empower people in my community to live with dignity and comfort, and that’s what keeps me motivated.

My background has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges families face when caring for a loved one. Professionally, I’ve spent 20 years working in long term care, which taught me the importance of compassion, clear communication, and problem-solving. On a personal level, I’ve also supported my own family members through health challenges, so I know firsthand how overwhelming and emotional it can be. Those experiences have prepared me to walk alongside other families, offering not only quality care but also guidance, reassurance, and understanding.
