I bring over two decades of rewarding and fulfilling experience in human resources, having had the privilege of working with some of the world’s leading companies such as GE Capital, Infosys, and Conduent. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a passion for helping people thrive—whether by building inclusive workplace cultures, mentoring talent, or leading strategic initiatives that empowered individuals and organizations to reach their fullest potential.

That same passion for making a meaningful impact in people’s lives inspired my transition into home care.

Home care provides a profound opportunity to directly support individuals in their most personal spaces—their homes—especially seniors, who hold a special place in my heart. Inspired by the deep bonds I shared with my grandparents and parents, I understand the emotional, physical, and psychological support seniors need to maintain dignity, safety, and comfort as they age. Helping them is not just a service; it is a heartfelt commitment.
