Najla Faraz
I have over 20 years of experience in healthcare. I am a dentist with a specialization in maxillofacial radiology and am also a graduate in psychology. My journey in healthcare has taught me the importance of empathy, trust, and understanding the unique needs of each individual. I always had a desire to make a meaningful difference beyond clinical settings. I was inspired by Qualicare’s unique approach that goes beyond basic care to support the whole family emotionally, physically, and practically.
Joining Qualicare gives me the opportunity to continue making a difference in people’s lives by offering high-quality, dependable support that allows clients to remain safe and comfortable in their own homes. I am proud to bring my healthcare expertise and heartfelt commitment to this community.

At Qualicare Milton, we provide medical and non-medical services which encompass the full 360 approach. When we come in, we’re an extension of the family. We come in, we help with taking our clients to doctor’s appointments, to social activities, we help with meal prep. Sometimes they’re completely dependent and they’re bedridden, so we come in and make those meals. We help with housekeeping, keeping the house tidy, medication reminders, whatever their needs are.
