Meet the Owners

Ryan & Tasha Igbanol

Ryan brings a wealth of diverse experience to the Qualicare family. Once a practicing attorney, his career spanned international financial crime investigations, as well as banking and insurance compliance. Ryan comes from a family deeply rooted in caregiving, with both his parents having worked in custodial care for disabled children and adults in Central Florida since the late 1970s. His mother practiced nursing during his early childhood, and his sister is currently an emergency room nurse in Charlotte, NC. Caregiving is truly in Ryan’s DNA.

Tasha’s background is equally impressive, with work experience spanning healthcare, television production, and media and technology. However, her passion for healthcare has always remained central to her career. Tasha’s journey into healthcare began after high school when she earned her certification as a nursing assistant and worked as a lab technician at a Behavioral Pharmacology Research Unit (BPRU), assisting patients in treatment for substance abuse.

Both Ryan and Tasha witnessed the challenges their grandmothers faced as they transitioned from living independently at home to requiring different forms of senior care. Motivated by these experiences, they are committed to helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity in their homes for as long as possible, with the right support in place.

Their shared experiences in healthcare, along with their family connections to caregiving, led Ryan and Tasha to Qualicare. Together, they are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and their families.
