I’m Harminder Randhawa, and I’m deeply passionate about working with seniors and their families. With seven years of diverse healthcare experience, I feel privileged to bring my skills to my role as the owner of Qualicare Kamloops. What truly resonates with me about Qualicare is its commitment to a holistic, 360-degree approach to care. This approach allows us to support our clients not only physically but emotionally as well, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

I’ve had the privilege of working in long-term care, mental health units, and hospitals, and these experiences have deepened my compassion for those I serve. Connecting with our community and helping individuals live their lives to the fullest brings me immense joy and fulfillment. I have completed my Bachelor of Arts and pursued a healthcare assistant program at TRU. These qualifications, combined with my experience, have given me the tools I need to support our clients in Kamloops. I am dedicated to helping the wonderful people of this community remain in their homes longer, allowing them to enjoy life while ensuring their safety and well-being. I believe that home should be a place of comfort and joy, and I am committed to making that a reality for others.
