Set 1-2 times a day to be in the know, but only to get a status update and\/or important information to be informed.<\/li><li>Focus on the things you can control to take care of you, your loved ones and the community.<ul><li>Apply social distancing<\/li><li>Sanitize services<\/li><li>Wash your hands often<\/li><li>Don\u2019t touch your face<\/li><li>Cover your mouth when you cough and your nose when you sneeze<\/li><li>Avoid touching your face whenever possible<\/li><li>Leave the face masks for medical professionals, caregivers and people with compromised immune systems<\/li><li>Avoid nonessential travel<\/li><li>Keep your immune system (see headline below for tips)<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Keep yourself occupied<ul><li>Solve a puzzle or play a board game with your family<\/li><li>Draw, paint, knit or do something else creative<\/li><li>Try to bake a masterpiece dessert with ingredients you already have in your kitchen<\/li><li>Read your favorite novel or watch your favorite movie<\/li><li>Take a nap<\/li><li>Call or video someone you love and talk about things other than the coronavirus<\/li><li>Keep kids occupied and maintain similar routines.
