She&#8217;s very passionate about it.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nIn the last three years, her mom, who passed away in November last year, required the kind of care that needs a dedicated caregiver. We saw what her mom was going through and the difficulty of finding a quality caregiver back home to take care of her. When we came back to Canada after those visits, my wife said, &#8220;I know that some people who are in the position of my mom are also here, having that same kind of challenge we had\u2014finding the right caregiver.&#8221; That really made us think, why don&#8217;t we have something around that?
