I possess exceptional clinical skills and hold additional certifications, including CPR, CNA instructor, ACLS certification, and Restorative training. Compassion and empathy are my superpowers, guiding my approach to patient care.\n<\/P>\n<P>\nIn addition, I am a seasoned Healthcare Administrator with excellent organizational and management skills. I excel in problem recognition and resolution, as well as multitasking and delivering high-quality results. My MBA in Healthcare Management (MBA-HCM) has equipped me to proficiently manage employees and oversee the financial aspects of healthcare businesses. I am adept at identifying potential and current issues, creating action plans, developing policies and procedures, and implementing necessary changes.\n\nI am deeply dedicated to my career, with a strong ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing situations, as well as instruct others.
