Gwendolyn Crowder

I am an experienced Registered Nurse with over 29 years in both busy hospital settings and Hospice/Home Healthcare. I possess exceptional clinical skills and hold additional certifications, including CPR, CNA instructor, ACLS certification, and Restorative training. Compassion and empathy are my superpowers, guiding my approach to patient care.

In addition, I am a seasoned Healthcare Administrator with excellent organizational and management skills. I excel in problem recognition and resolution, as well as multitasking and delivering high-quality results. My MBA in Healthcare Management (MBA-HCM) has equipped me to proficiently manage employees and oversee the financial aspects of healthcare businesses. I am adept at identifying potential and current issues, creating action plans, developing policies and procedures, and implementing necessary changes. I am deeply dedicated to my career, with a strong ability to quickly learn new information and adapt to changing situations, as well as instruct others. My commitment to Patient-Centered Care and advocating for clients’ rights to age in place is central to my work.
