A bilingual human resources and talent development professional whose unshakeable beliefs in the essential value of an organization’s people is reflected in this quote from Richard Branson: “Train people well enough so they can leave, but treat them well enough so they don’t want to.”

In his 25+ years of progressive business and HR experience serving customer and employee-focused organizations, Josh has demonstrated how this approach to leadership and work culture development drives success, boosting customer satisfaction, talent retention, employee engagement, and performance.

My passion stems from supporting my parents before they passed. I also want to give back to the Alzheimer’s community because it is a horrible disease that sneaks up on you. I want to be a resource for young adults that are stepping into the complete unknown like I did 8 years ago. I wish I knew where to go and who to ask when it came to my parent’s health. Our doctors were wonderful but I needed more support. I want my company to not only be that source of information but to nurture the families of those that need our care.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Josh earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, with a minor in Business Administration, from Furman University, Greenville, SC. He also attended the Furman University Foreign Language Study Abroad Program, Universidad Antonio de Nebrija, Madrid, Spain. He resides in Atlanta, GA.
